On Day 1 of the Festo Fit for Change 2.0 Program, our Sales Engineers, Service Engineers, and Marketing & Support Specialists came together to enhance their expertise and competencies by focusing on the right approach to selling, understanding customer behaviors, structuring effective sales meetings, and mastering the art of asking the right questions while actively listening to our customers.
