Most packages will arrive in 3 to 5 days (Philippines).

You can check in your BRAAMDSTORE account. Or, we will send you tracking information manually.

What should I do if my order has an issue?
Please contact us, we will resolve the issue as soon as we receive the details.

How do I make a return?
Please email sales@braamd.com with subject, RETURN – (order number). Buyer will shoulder shipping cost.

How do I get technical support for products ordered?
Please email support@braamd.com or contact your assigned inside sales or Sales & Application Engineer.

How do I request a quote online?
For products in the site with no price posted, please click “Request For Quotation.” For other products you need, please email your RFQ to sales@braamd.com.

What payment method do you accept?
Customers can pay with their major credit cards online. We also accept bank transfer (bank fee is on buyer) and payments via Paypal and G-Cash. On case to case basis, we accept terms, C.O.D. and company check/cash upon pick-up.

Can I send purchase order directly.
Yes. Please email your P.O.s to sales@braamd.com. Please allow us one (1) day to process manually sent orders.

Do you ship internationally.
No.
