Festo Fit for Change 2.0 Program – Strengthening Customer Connections

Day 2 of the Festo Fit for Change 2.0 program took our skills to the next level as we focused on understanding and fulfilling customer needs, handling different attitudes, and adapting to various behaviors for more effective sales interactions.

Through an engaging role-play session, we put our learning into practice, ready to apply in the field and our valued customers. Each participant stepped up to the challenge, applying key techniques in real-life scenarios to enhance our customer approach.

To cap off the day, all participants received their certificates of completion.
