Our OJT program includes theoretical product training, hands-on experience, site visits, and industry exposure to provide our trainees with valuable experience that will equip them towards their professional careers.
This 3-month OJT Program will give them a glimpse of the demands and rewards of being young professionals. This is also intended to give back to our community within the Laguna vicinity, preparing students like Lawrence and Irish all the tools needed to be successful when they join the workforce.
