- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 1-2 years years relevant work experience in same role (Supervisory, OIC)
- Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems
- Detail-oriented
- With math skills, engineering skills, communication skills
- Organizational skills for keeping track of various projects, budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously
- With relevant training and/or certifications
