Photogrammetry: Build 3D Models of your Assets with Elios 2, Inspector 3.0 and PIX4DMapper

ELIOS 2 Industrial Drone

Inspector 3.0

After the planning, recon and inspection flights, second step is to extract video frames and save them as images. Software to use is Flyability’s Inspector 3.0 . Use the “Frame Export” tab in the software and indicate the processing template you prefer (Fast, Robust) and frame frequency (FPS) output you need. 3D Modeling happens in PIX4D’s PIX4DMapper. Create a new project then add the photo frames extracted from the Inspector 3.0 video.
