Introducing PreVenTest in two versions: 𝐋𝐓𝐂 & 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 .This robust yet ingenious system allows for in-situ testing of all types and sizes of spring-operated Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) in process and under normal operating conditions.
With this portable system, you can verify PSV performance or identify maintenance needs without plant shutdown.
The Ventil In-Situ PreVenTest system comes standard with an industrial laptop and is available in two versions:
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 – Fully automatic, with an optional ATEX-certified version for hazardous environments.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐋𝐓𝐂 – Ultra-light, battery-driven, and hand-controlled for flexibility.
Both versions support a wide range up to 20 kN and feature computer registration. The user-friendly Ventil PreVenTest software automatically detects valve set pressure and generates detailed test certificates.
